**Letters avatars for members without profile photo**

What would you like to be able to do?

Allow users not to upload profile photos. The idea is to generate profiles photo for members who dont upload a photo, it generate simply based on their first and last name with a random background color.
Allow the administrator to choose whether to require the photo to be uploaded or not. Or do not make uploading a photo a prerequisite for participation in the search, but constantly remind about this. Limit functionality if your photo is not uploaded.
