Tickets module allows site administrator to initiate contact with any site user. In their turn, authorized site members can also message site administrator. The messages appear in a chat-like manner in a special section of user mode and admin mode respectively.

Site guests (non-authorized site visitors) can contact administrator by filling out a `contact us` form that is forwarded to a corresponding email address or addresses that the admin indicates in the module settings.
